Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please email us at - kaimacosmetics@outlook.com You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund for your purchase.

We cannot accept returns for goods that has been opened or in a non saleable condition. The cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility to pay.

Once we have received your return our customer service team will check over the unused goods and process a full refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
