REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any beauty products that have been opened, used, or swatched.
To request a return, please contact us at kaimacosmetics@outlook.com with your order details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to place a new order.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify, items must still be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds cannot be issued for opened or used cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
We do not offer refunds without the item being returned.
